**Description**:**
***Responsibilities**:
- Manage implementations, as assigned to you by the Director of Global Implementation, including global implementations for new clients and onboarding new services and WPO services to existing clients
- Make internal requests for the initiation of platforms and services, including websites, case management system build out, phone lines, data sharing platforms, online counselling platforms, promotional materials, trainings, etc.
- Communicate internally to ensure all staff, including Team Leads, impacted by new implementations are trained efficiently
- In collaboration with the Implementation Team members, manage projects for implementation process improvement, change requests, and management of the organizational records in our project management system

Skills**:
- Attention to detail/process oriented
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressure and effectively multi-task and prioritize
- Strong analytic and project management skills
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal) to include tone, attitude and approach both internally and externally
- Ability to facilitate and moderate meetings, including agendas, mainly with external parties
- Carry primary responsibility that meetings are solution focused and that all parties are clear about any required follow up
**Required Education/Qualifications**:
- Fluent in written and spoken French and English
- Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree
- At least two years’ experience working in customer driven, fast paced environment managing projects and/or equivalent experience
