As Project & Innovation Manager - HR Operational Excellence, you will drive initiatives that support the HR Service Centers in fostering Operational Excellence and global collaboration as well as harmonization, aligned with the strategic objectives set by the HR Services Leadership team. Furthermore, you will also be part of a determined, global team that drives excellence within People Operations.

In your new role you will:

- **Drive and moderate regular Operational Excellence meetings**to foster strong collaboration between the regional departments in the HR Service Centers
- Define and implement **project plans**and provide regular status updates
- **Provide support**for our global HR Service Center Heads as well as team colleagues in **HR Service Excellence related projects**that further enhance **customer centricity, process harmonization and global consistency**:

- **Derive HR Service Delivery improvements and give global guidance**on HR Service efficiency**based on defined strategic target picture
- **Increase proper adoption and define enhancements of our internal HR one-stop-shop system**, working closely together with the HR Service Performance Manager and HR Service Portfolio Manager
- **Foster a strong global collaboration**between our HR Service Centers and among our HR Service agents.

**Your Profile**
You are proactive, result-oriented, and have a structured and self-driven working style, and an excellent communicator who is able to grow sustainable relationships while focusing on the project goals. Besides demonstrating a strong customer orientation that allows you to provide a service of excellence, you are an innovative and adaptable person who is looking forward to working in a dynamic and international environment.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences,**or similar field of studies
- Experience in **leading different projects simultaneously**, preferably in an international environment and/or HR
- The ability to **build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders**in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Good experience with **MS Office tools**- preferably Excel and PowerPoint
- **Fluency in English.**
