We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our growing software engineering team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries.
- Close collaboration with the Product Lifecycle Manager (PLM) to understand and implement the product vision and product requirements.
- Working closely with the project manager (PM R&D) and other product owners to meet commitments made regarding arrival time, costs and quality goals.
- Incorporating requirement tickets from the product management backlog into development planning.
- Transferring the PLM requirement tickets (Epic Level / URS) to user stories (SRS), including the creation of test cases/descriptions.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Creating and maintaining the product backlog, ensuring it is well-organized and up to date.
- Defining acceptance criteria and accepting the implemented stories.
- Working closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and timely delivery of features.
- Conducting regular reviews and participating in retrospectives to continuously improve the development process.
- Communicating with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that product goals and requirements are understood and met.
- Monitoring product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Developer, Requirements Engineer or similar role in software development.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude, being capable of translating complex requirements into clearly defined tasks.
- Independent working style and high self-motivation.
- Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA.
- Fluency in English.
