We are in search of a **Lead Product Ops** to join our innovative team as our new **#bloqstar**. In this role, you will be focused on building and maintaining software tools for our operational departments: Deployment, Maintenance, Support, and Logistics. This role involves hands-on leadership of a small team, ensuring that Bloq.it’s operational processes run smoothly at scale and are integrated with our broader Product Suite and internal systems (e.g., ERP).

**What will be your responsibilities**
- Define and execute a strategic vision for the software solutions that streamline Bloq.it’s operational processes across multiple teams;
- Provide guidance to a compact team of product/engineering professionals while also contributing hands-on to product development tasks;
- Ensure all OpsTech tools seamlessly connect with Bloq.it’s existing Product Suite and platforms (ERP, internal apps, etc.);
- Collect feedback from operational teams (Deployment, Maintenance, Support, and Logistics) to understand field-level challenges and design solutions that address real-world needs;
- Own the backlog of features, improvements, and bug fixes. Prioritize items based on impact, feasibility, and overall alignment with Bloq.it’s strategic goals;
- Advocate for usability and scalability by conducting user research, gathering insights, and iterating on product solutions;
- Define, track, and report KPIs related to operational efficiency, adoption, and product performance to drive continuous improvement.

**What are the requirements to join us in this position**
- Background in building or managing software solutions that serve operational teams or similar internal stakeholders;
- Ability to lead a small team while staying involved in day-to-day development, problem-solving, and decision-making;
- Comfortable with system integrations, data flows, and agile development processes. Prior experience collaborating with engineering teams is highly beneficial;
- Capable of gathering requirements from multiple sources, unifying them, and clearly translating these into actionable product deliverables;
- Able to define success metrics, interpret data, and make informed decisions for continuous product enhancements;
- Experience integrating internal software systems (e.g., ERP, ticketing, scheduling platforms) is a plus;
- Enthusiastic about troubleshooting operational bottlenecks and finding creative, scalable solutions;
