**Como Representante de Suporte ao Cliente, irás**:

- Prestar suporte telefónico de excelência aos nossos clientes em alemão.
- Apoiar clientes atuais e potenciais com informações e assistência relacionadas aos nossos produtos e serviços.
- Gerir pedidos de clientes, garantindo actualizações precisas nos nossos sistemas (ex.: ajustes de tarifas, alterações de planos, activações de serviços e modificações de morada).
- Identificar oportunidades para melhorias contínuas nos processos de atendimento ao cliente.

**O que procuramos**:

- **Fluência em alemão**: Deves ser capaz de comunicar eficazmente em alemão (mínimo nível C1). Proficiência em inglês será uma mais-valia.
- **Interesse por telecomunicações**: Interesse genuíno por produtos e serviços da área das telecomunicações.
- **Capacidade de resolução de problemas**: Gostar de diagnosticar e configurar vários sistemas e dispositivos técnicos.
- **Flexibilidade**: Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horários flexíveis (segunda-feira a sábado, das 07h00 às 21h00).
- **Qualidades pessoais**: Ser fiável, pontual e orientado para o cliente.
- **Estar disponível para deslocações regulares ou para planear uma mudança para a área dos nossos escritórios no Porto.**
