Customer Service for a Luxurious Automotive Brand

Have you always dreamt of moving abroad and living in a warm climate? This Customer Service job lets you work under the Portuguese sun while living in Portugal's vibrant capital. Next to that, you get a chance to represent a luxurious commercial vehicle brand.
Tasks
Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:
- Helping clients with incoming issues
- Ensuring high-quality customer service
- Booking appointments for maintenance
- Roadside assistance
- Recording data in the CRM system
- Giving information about the app, warranty, and purchases
**Requirements**:
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- A native level of Dutch and a high level of English (C1)
- Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create
- Articulate & communicative
- Available for 24/7 rotative shifts
- Being a real team player and committed to your work
- Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience
- Having a valid Portuguese work permit or an EU passport (required)
**Benefits**:
What’s in it for you?
- Type of contract: a long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year. After 2 years a permanent contract
- Working hours: full-time (40h/week)
- Monday to Sunday, availability to work between 00:00 - 23:59, 8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner), on a rotational schedule
**Salary conditions (\*) - 2 options**:
- Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 990€ gross/month
- Excluding accommodation: 1240€ gross/month
- Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months
- Airport pick up
- Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)
- Help with paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrival
- Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company
- Real career opportunities in different career paths (team lead, supervisor etc.). There's a program that lets you grow within the company after 6 months
(\*) Compensation during the training period if successful (from 1 to 4 weeks): 50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes)
