GTH is recruiting an Accounting Manager (M/F/D) to join a leading multinational company in the Margem Sul.

**Duties**:
Manage and supervise the accounting team, ensuring the rigorous execution of tasks and compliance with deadlines;
Coordinate and ensure the monthly and annual closing of accounts;
Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with national and international accounting standards;
Ensure compliance with the company's tax and legal obligations;
Work closely with external auditors and other stakeholders;
Optimize accounting processes and implement good financial management practices.

**Requirements**:
Academic degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or similar;
Active registration with the Order of Certified Accountants (OCC);
Proficiency in English (oral and written) - mandatory;
Proven experience in managing and leading teams;
Good knowledge of Excel and accounting tools;
High sense of responsibility, organization and critical analysis skills.
