**Business Account Manager **para empresa Cliente ligada ao setor energético para realização de campanhas de telemarketing e gestão de base de dados.
**FUNÇÕES**
- Assegurar o cumprimento dos objetivos tendo em conta os procedimentos internos;
- Responsável pela gestão macro da equipa;
- Monitorizar e avaliar o trabalho dos supervisores;
- Elaborar reports tendo em conta o desempenho e os objetivos;
- Analisar indicadores-chave;
- Desenvolver planos de melhoria contínua;
- Garantir que as regras dos processos e procedimentos sejam seguidos;
- Gestão de base de dados.
**HORÁRIOS E LOCAL DE TRABALHO**
- De 2ºfeira a 6ºfeira, entre as 09h e as 21h;
- Lisboa, Sete Rios
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência anterior em coordenação (obrigatória);
- Experiência em vendas - Telemarketing (obrigatório);
- Experiência de Contact Center (obrigatório);
- Forte componente comercial (fator eliminatório);
- Pessoa com espírito de iniciativa, dinamismo e capacidade de liderança;
- Know How a nível de KPI’s comerciais e reporting;
- Bons conhecimentos de Línguas (espanhol e inglês) valorizado;
- Capacidade de gestão e coordenação de uma equipa;
- Disponibilidade imediata e total.
