- Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot problems and provide timely and accurate solutions.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Previous customer support experience is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Positive and customer-focused attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
