**Função**

Como _Chefe de Mesa,_ serás responsável por liderar a equipa de sala, garantir um serviço de excelência ao cliente e assegurar a coordenação eficiente entre cozinha e sala. Procuramos uma pessoa com paixão pela hospitalidade, atenção ao detalhe e espírito de liderança.

**Responsabilidades**
- Supervisionar e coordenar o serviço de mesa durante os períodos de funcionamento
- Acolher e acompanhar os clientes, garantindo uma experiência personalizada e de alto nível.
- Gerir e motivar a equipa de sala, assegurando elevados padrões de hospitalidade.
- Assegurar o cumprimento dos standards de qualidade definidos pela Highgate e pelo Palácio do Governador.
- Colaborar com a cozinha para assegurar um serviço fluido e eficiente.
- Gerir reservas e apoio em eventos especiais ou jantares privados.
- Controlar o material de sala e comunicar necessidades à gestão.

**Perfil**

Experiência em funções similares, preferencialmente em hotelaria de luxo.
Excelente apresentação e comunicação.
Fluência em português e inglês (outras línguas são valorizadas).
Espírito de liderança e capacidade de gestão de equipa.
Sentido de responsabilidade, organização e atenção ao detalhe.
Conhecimentos de vinhos e gastronomia serão valorizados.
