**What you will be doing**:
As a **Technology Portfolio Specialist**, you will operate at the strategic level, working closely with leadership teams to assess, monitor, and optimize the financial health and performance of our technology project portfolio. You will partner with the PMO (Project Management Office), but your focus will be on analytics, insight generation, and executive-level communication. Key responsibilities include:

- Evaluating portfolio health from a financial and risk perspective, identifying trends, budget consumption, variances, and interdependencies across multiple initiatives.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing timely, data-driven insights and recommendations to guide decision-making and portfolio prioritization.
- Designing and improving portfolio management methodologies, especially in how project information is gathered, analyzed, and reported.
- Working collaboratively with the PMO to anticipate and mitigate risks across programs.
- Producing high-impact reports and clear, executive-ready presentations that influence key stakeholders.
- Leading portfolio performance reviews and helping steer decision-making on project continuation, redirection, or termination.
- Supporting continuous improvement in portfolio management through the definition of meaningful metrics and performance indicators.

**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of navigating financial data, governance structures, and executive expectations. You should feel comfortable owning portfolio analytics and bringing structure to complexity. You will bring:

- Fluency in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience presenting insights and influencing executive stakeholders.
- Strong financial acumen with a background in finance, business analysis, or investment decision support.
- Experience designing or evolving portfolio governance or information intake processes.
- Solid experience in technology portfolio management or PMO environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and propose data-driven actions ideally with PowerBI.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with portfolio management tools.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives with mínimal supervision.

**What will be a plus**:

- Experience as a Project Manager or working within a Project Management Office (PMO) environment.
