A Lisbon Serviced Apartments, o maior operador de Apartamentos Turísticos em Portugal, está a recrutar Guest Relations para integrar a equipa:
Descrição da vaga:

- Supervisão e controlo de qualidade dos apartamentos de acordo com os standards da marca;
- Check-in hóspedes (acolhimento dos hóspedes e acompanhamento durante a sua estadia);
- Gestão de reclamações, resolução de problemas;
- Suporte primeira linha de manutenção

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura (preferencial);
- Fluência em inglês;
- Conhecimentos espanhol e francês;
- Disponibilidade de horário (folgas rotativas, trabalho fim-de-semana);
- Gosto pela área e conhecimento da cidade de Lisboa;
- Pessoa dinâmica, atenciosa, gosto pelo trabalho em equipa, facilidade em resolução de problemas;
- Boa apresentação.

**Tipo de oferta**: Período Integral, Integral/Full-time

Salário: Até 850,00€ por mês
