**HIRING in Ireland **

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated Chef de Partie with a passion for food.

This role will help strengthen our team of chefs who already produce excellent quality food, both on a large scale and also for smaller, intricate, bespoke occasions. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team. Good interpersonal and front of house skills are essential.

This is the perfect position for a chef wanting to move to the next step.
- Worked in kitchens serving fresh produce to a high standard
- Experience of working at a similar level
- Good communication skills
- Passionate about fresh food and producing food to the highest standards
- An interest to learn
- A commitment to health, safety and food hygiene standards
- Be quick learning so be able to run a section in a short time
- Contribute to the development and planning of menus, including future food trends and be passionate about developing new styles of service and concepts in the location.
- Support Manager with stock taking when required.
- Carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.
