Purpose of the position

The National Accounts Manager Off-Trade is the face of the Company for the Clients, being the manager and the enabler of business development with Clients, in terms of volume, value and profit for OFF trade channels, in alignment with Pernod Ricard Portugal strategy.

Main responsibilities and tasks

Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and lead Off Trade account management structure

Negotiate the annual Commercial Contract and secure the best counterparts in order to achieve leadership position and strengthen the partnership and protecting our Contributive Margin;

Develop and implement the annual Account Plan, guaranteeing the effectiveness of Trade Marketing, and promotional activities (ROI), and field team priorities.

Monitorize and control customer activity (sales, promo plan, fair share, range) in order to implement PRP Commercial Strategy;

Follow-up and report on activity, of OFF trade customers, about business environment, risks and opportunities.

Profile:
University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.

Fluent in Portuguese and fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or commercial roles within the FMCG or beverage industry.

Strong negotiation and influence

Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships

Excellent analytical and financial acumen and business-oriented approach

Ability to drive results in a competitive environment

Strong project management, organizational and communication skills
