**Location: Moorish Restaurant**, Oosterhout, Netherlands
**Employment Type**:Full-time
**Monthly Wage**:Between €4000 and €5000 gross (this excludes holiday pay and paid vacation days)
**Starting Date**:2nd Week November - Long term

**Client**

This new to open Moorish restaurant in Oosterhout is a stylish and welcoming venue where guests can enjoy a nice drink and a relaxed dinner. The modern interior, attentive team, and inviting atmosphere make it the perfect place for both casual get-togethers and special moments.

The kitchen draws inspiration from Mediterranean cuisine, blending Spanish, Arabic, and Portuguese influences with a creative twist (Moorish Cuisine). Seasonal and regional products are at the heart of the menu, ensuring fresh and flavorful dishes throughout the year.
- Seniority level**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sous or Head Chef
- Long term availability (12 + months)
- Spanish or Portuguese (Arabic Speaking is a big plus)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create a Shared Dining Menu for a Moorish Cuisine
- Manage the kitchen and a team of 4
- Maintain HACCP standards
- Manage inventory
- Take the lead

**Requirements**:

- 3 years proven experience as a Sous or Head Chef
- Level of English must be minimum B2
- Tapas / shared dining experience

**What We Offer**
- **Monthly Wage**:between 4.000;
- and 5.000 gross l _based on experience _l (this is excluding holiday pay and vacation days)
- A single room in an apartment above the restaurant €575;
