Inside CNS BG, Core Networks Business Unit (BU) encompasses the heart of the network, with portfolio around Subscriber Data Management, IMS, Voice and Signaling, Cloud Platforms, Packet Core, 3G Core and their Services and Care. The BU's Business Operations team drives the BU's governance, centralized reporting and performance measuring and internal communications, supporting the right priorities in this ever growing and profit generating business unit.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

CNS Core Networks (CN) is seeking an Internal Communications Manager, to support our Business Operations (BO) and Portfolio Marketing teams with the overall CN internal communications. You will part of our CN BO team creating and maintaining content, with an innovative, visually creative mind, and with native level English competency. Content is created to build awareness of CN priorities, best practices, success stories and strategic direction for internal audiences. You will contribute to creating a compelling internal BU/employer brand, and collaborate with other areas of the BU, different Communications and Marketing teams and the CNS colleagues, pushing the impact of internal communication and moving the business agenda forward.

You are well organized and feel comfortable with the global and often complex topics, large number of contacts and stakeholders, and a lot of data. Most of all you have a passion for achieving common business goals and the determination to secure the quality, execution and profitability of the CNS and Core Networks business.

Are you passionate about solving problems?
As part of our team, you will perform:

- Planning, writing, proofreading, and editing communication content
- Supporting BU colleagues with their communications and content creation and maintenance
- While collaborating with technical and business colleagues, producing content for primarily online articles, Yammer posts, SharePoint design and other internal communication channels
- Provides informal guidance and support with regard to communications, channels, content, visuals, schedules and other procedures to improve internal communications
- Preparing topics/agendas and conducts research of e.g. media coverage and industry trends

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- Native level English language skills
- Degree in the areas of Communication or a related discipline such as Journalism, Humanities, and/or Marketing
- Knowledge of graphics design, Adobe Suite, SharePoint, Yammer, MS Teams, MS O365 platforms
- Ability to create ready-to-publish communication content
- Ability to collaborate with virtual teams and other communication and marketing stakeholders
- knowledge of graphic design principles related to content development and layout is a plus
- Project management.

Demonstrated expertise in communications and writing. Self-motivated drive for managing large sets of data, initiatives and global contacts. Recommended a degree with Communications and/or Marketing.
