The role

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will support and engage clients in your language. Your mission is to assist business clients so they can get the best of Pinterest as the perfect place to find the most innovative products and brands.

This is your new job in Lisbon if
- You have a proficient level of Dutch and you are fluent in English (from B2 level)
- You hold excellent communication skills
- You are open to learn and able to adapt continuously
- You have a passion for clients mission, supporting businesses

**Experience in Customer Service/Contact Center is a plus

Your day to day at work
- Support business customers with solutions and product recommendations
- Partner with internal support teams to resolve technical product issues
- Represent the voice of businesses and develop insights to improve user experience
- E-Mail support
- Use data to size, prioritize and shape business cases for product enhancement
