**Dutch Customer Care Representative based in Portugal**
**About the Company**:
This is a prime hotel group that offers unique and meaningful experiences in more than 5100 hotels across 110 countries.
**The Profile**:
- You have excellent communication skills inDutch
- You are fluent in English (B2)
- You are passionate about the hotel industry
- You are able to work on rotating shifts (including some Saturdays)
- You have great communication and interpersonal skills
- You are customer focused
**Your responsibilities**:
- Be the bridge between the hotels and the suppliers providing information, offering support and solving B2B complaints
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
