**As a Customer Support you will**:

- Help users set up their smart home devices step by step
- Troubleshoot common tech issues like Wi-Fi or device errors
- Clearly explain product features in simple language
- Assist with orders, returns, and general questions

**Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:

- **1100€ gross x 14 months** (it's 1283€ gross x 12 months) - basic salary,
- **135€ gross / month fixed project bonus**:

- **up to 120€** gross performance bonus,
- **7,23€ NET/day** meal voucher - given as a pre-paid card

- **It's OFFICE BASED position in Lisbon Oriente**:

- **Shifts system**:Monday to Friday - 8 am to 8 pm, Saturday to Sunday - 8 am to 5 pm (5days/week, 40h / week) with 2 rotating days off
- **Permanent (CDI) full time employment contract with 3 months trial period** (according to the Portuguese law)
