**What you’ll be doing at Webhelp**

As an **Italian and English-Speaking Team Leader for AirBnB Project,** you will:

- Supervise, monitor and develop a team of Customer Advisors.
- Closely monitor the SLA’s and KPI’s of the project.
- Guarantee the continuous monitoring and improvement of the KPI's project by identifying performance gaps, analyzing root causes, and developing strategies to improve the results of the team.
- Lead a team to success by creating an inspiring customer service environment focused on quality and achieving high-level performance.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Have a unique opportunity to start working in a consolidated market where you can directly contribute to the company’s fast-paced growth and internal progress in different job positions.

**We’ll be a great match if you**:

- **Have a high level of Italian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)**:

- Have at least on 1 year of previous experience in Team Management (mandatory)
- Have In-depth knowledge of performance metrics (KPI’s)
- Have Good IT skills, especially in MS Excel
- Have excellent communication and leadership skills
