We are offering a unique opportunity for a proactive and skilled **Purchasing**Technician**to join our procurement team. Reporting directly to the Purchasing Director, this role provides administrative support to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of procurement operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Administrative Procurement Management: Handle administrative aspects of the purchasing process.
- Supplier Communication: Liaise with suppliers to process purchase orders, track deliveries, and address discrepancies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, suppliers, and hotel management to align procurement with specific project and operational needs.
- Contract and Documentation Oversight: Manage contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and deadlines.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Support the preparation of purchasing reports, budget tracking, and analytical documentation to improve procurement performance.
- Task Prioritization: Effectively manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and team goals.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, ideally in procurement or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools, with strong data management and reporting skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication abilities and a team-oriented approach.
- Proactive mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
