Location**:_ Lisbon_**
Main Responsibilities:
- Efficiently executes investment fund orders with custodians and transfer agents, ensuring compliance with cut-off times.
- Keeps a close eye on executed and pending orders, contract notes, and reminders to counterparties, while maintaining pre and post-execution controls.
- Handles treasury announcements to ensure custodian accounts are adequately funded, while controlling and enriching the fund values in the reference database.
- Actively contribute to team and process improvements, offering suggestions and participating in projects and developments.
- Trains new team members and provides feedback and follow-up on specific topics to the team leader. Assists with escalations and supports the team leader with necessary controls (KSP, KPI, Incident Reporting, Service Reviews).

**Profile**:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, Finance, Economics or similar.
- **At least 2 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial Operations.**:
- **Proficiency in English (mandatory)** and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Driven to team work.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
(**Hybrid work**, with 2/3 days of work in the office in **LISBON** per week)
