PlatformE PlatformE is a B2B solution embedded in key e-commerce platforms and retail POS products. In addition to this, we provide software solutions for supply chain tracking and reporting. Our mission is to empower brands, retailers, and creators with cutting-edge digital-first made-to-order solutions that elevate customer experiences, optimise inventory, and drive profitable growth. SWEAR SWEAR London is an exclusively made-to-order brand, operating on a made-to-order principle. As the brand doesn't hold ready-made shoes, we manage to minimize material waste. Your mission **As a Marketing Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for**: PlatformE B2B Marketing (Primary Function) - Developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. - This role requires a blend of creative thinking, strategic planning, and analytical skills. - We're seeking a hands-on, driven person with a genuine passion for diving into brand trends. General Responsibilities Marketing & Growth Strategy - Strong expertise in Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy execution and scaling growth marketing. - Lead generation & demand generation using organic and paid channels. - Experience with brand positioning and messaging in a competitive landscape. - Digital marketing strategy, including paid and organic growth strategies. Performance & Data Analytics - Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Ahrefs, TikTok, LinkedIn and Meta. - Data-driven decision-making with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills knowledge of creating marketing KPIs. - Experience in lead tracking and analysis via Google Tag Manager. CRM & Lead Management - Hands-on experience with Apollo, HubSpot, and CRM platforms. - Ability to create, manage, and optimize lead pipelines for B2B sales - Experience with ABM campaigns. Website & Platform Management - Experience managing Webflow websites (or willingness to learn). - Basic understanding of WIX or similar CMS for website updates. - Experience with e-commerce platforms & online marketplaces. Content & Creative Strategy - Experience creating sales & product enablement presentations using Canva or PowerPoint. - Understanding of social media engagement strategies. What you’ll bring to the team - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field B2C and B2B SaaS experience ( >3 years) - Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing launch and scalable strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creative and strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Fluently in English - An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude Nice to Have Technical & Automation Skills - Familiarity with Google Apps Script for automation - Basic Python and web scraping knowledge for data enrichment - Comfort using Terminal for data processing and workflow automation If you’re passionate about building impactful strategies and eager to learn and grow with us, we’d love to meet you **We believe driven talent deserves**: Bulletproof healthcare insurance Free Gym membership Stock options plan ️Hybrid working model (3 days at the office in Porto and 2 days remote)
