German-Speaking Customer Service Specialist Search Engine Support (On-Site) Introduction Were looking for a fluent German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join an on-site support team for a global search-engine brand. If youre passionate about digital products, eager to help businesses optimise their online presence and thrive in an energetic, international environment, this role is for you. What the job is about In this role you will: Provide high-quality support to German-speaking clients and businesses using search-engine tools and services. Help customers understand how they appear online, how to improve discoverability and resolve technical or process-related queries. Troubleshoot issues, escalate complex cases and ensure fast, accurate resolutions. Use internal systems to document calls, track tickets and follow up until complete closure. Collaborate with product, operations and account teams to drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. Requirements Were looking for someone who: Is fully fluent in German (C1+) and has strong English for internal communication. Has excellent communication skills able to explain digital and technical concepts clearly to customers. Is comfortable using computers, Internet-based tools, CRM systems and basic digital platforms. Has a customer-first mindset, is calm under pressure and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Can work on-site and enjoy being part of a collaborative, international team.
