Ready to take your communication skills global? As a German-speaking Customer Support & Sales Representative, you'll deliver top-tier service to customers while identifying opportunities to drive sales and build long-term client relationships. This is your chance to work remotely from anywhere in Portugal or from our modern office in Oriente, Lisbon. What you'll do: Respond to customer requests via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions. Log interactions in the CRM system and follow up until resolution, ensuring top customer satisfaction. Support order management, process requests, and proactively share updates with customers. Identify upselling opportunities and meet quarterly sales goals while maintaining excellent service standards. You're the perfect fit if you: Speak German (native level) and English (B2). Have experience in customer support or contact center roles (mandatory). Bring a sales-driven mindset and enjoy helping customers find the right solutions. Are organized, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Whats in it for you: 6-month contract (CDD) with the possibility of renewal. Flexible work setup work from home or from our Lisbon office. Monday to Saturday schedule (08:0021:00, rotational shifts). Performance bonus and daily meal allowance (7.23 net/day).
