Job Title: B2C Operations Customer Expert I (Italian Market) Start Date: 13/01/2026 Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: Onsite, Full-time Join a major Swiss telecom project supporting B2C customers with mobile, internet, and related services. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls in Italian Support with device issues, subscriptions, billing, and services Provide empathetic, efficient customer service Identify opportunities to promote relevant products Ensure a professional, positive customer experience Requirements Fluent Italian Customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, proactive, salesminded Comfortable in fastpaced environments Training 15 working days, 8h/day (start 08:3009:30) Includes systems, products/services, phone support, and practice Paid only if completed; no contract during training Working Hours 40h/week, rotating shifts MonSun (06:0022:00) 1h lunch break Portuguese public holidays (comp day if worked) Benefits Up to 20 vacation days first year (proportional); 22 thereafter Holiday & Christmas allowances (proportional) Optional company apartment for 14 months if living 100+ km away (incl. utilities; no pets) Compensation Examples With apartment: approx. 1,251.83/month Without apartment: approx. 1,050/month Training Allowance Weekly 92.80 gross / daily 18.56 gross Contract Selection Agreement at training start 12month Uncertain Term contract after training Permanent after 2 years Health insurance from day one Meal card (taxexempt), 11% social security, trial period 1 month
