About the Role As a Personal Assistant, you will take full ownership of the founder’s personal, domestic and logistical life, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your primary objective is to completely free the CEO’s personal time from day-to-day matters, allowing him on full focus on strategic and high-impact decisions. Key Responsibilities Full household management: coordination of cleaning, gardening, house maintenance as renovations and technician contracts (plumbing, electrical, pest control, leaks, etc.); Supplier management: hiring, negotiation, oversight and replacement of suppliers when necessary; Personal and household logistics: management of purchases (groceries, consumables, etc.), delivery planning, organization of essential stock and ensure nothing is missing in the CEO’s daily life; Coordination and control: weekly task planning, rigorous follow-up with suppliers, cost control within defined budgets and clear and objective communication with the CEO. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in household management, executive support and coordination of multiple suppliers; Strong organizational, autonomy and prioritization skills; Decision maker and someone able to deal with suppliers, conflicts, and unexpected situations; A proactive a person with the autonomy to make decisions and take responsibility, capable of independently analysing situations; Comfortable working for a demanding CEO with a high decision-making load; Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel, if necessary.
