Please visit Bruker has a new opportunity for an HR Administration Specialist with Dutch (m/f/d) at our Shared Service Center. We are looking for a candidate with strong administrative and organizational skills, who can work independently, set the right priorities, and maintain a customer-focused approach. Previous HR experience in Belgium is required.We welcome candidates from various locations, and depending on the location we offer either a hybrid or fully remote working arrangement. Responsibilities Providing first-level HR support for email and telephone inquiries from employees and managers.Administration of employees’ data during employee lifecycle (hire to retire).Administration of time management tools (. sick leaves, long-term absences).Preparing employee documents such as offer letters and contracts; support in hiring process.Learning management back-office support (. maintenance of training partner database, contract/document filing, training schedules).Support in coordination of external service providers.Benefits administration.Maintenance of electronic and/or hard copy documents according to local law.Review of data and follows up on discrepancies to ensure accuracy.Preparation of reports and documents concerning personnel activities.Performance of other duties as assigned or required.
