This will significantly increase your chances of success We are looking for a Service Desk – Dutch Speaker to join and strengthen our support teams in Portugal. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, proactive, and eager to deliver high-quality IT support in a dynamic and multicultural environment.Project Overview & Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level technical support and attempt to resolve incidents at first contact, using knowledge bases, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting tools. Respond to customer inquiries, clarify reported issues, and collect relevant details to facilitate incident resolution. Offer information, guidance, and assistance related to standard IT services and catalog offerings. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents in accordance with defined priorities and agreed service levels (SLAs). Apply structured problem-solving methods to identify root causes and contribute to the problem management process. RequirementsMust Have1–2 years of experience in the IT industry; Basic understanding of ITIL processes and experience using ticketing systems; Strong communication and customer service skills; Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written). Nice to HaveKnowledge of Windows Server administration (2012R2 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022) and basic troubleshooting; Experience with SQL and database queries; Understanding of Security++ concepts; Familiarity with DICOM, Health Level Seven (HL7), and Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) standards, as well as Radiology workflows; Proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on quality and continuous improvement; Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical users; Knowledge of Portuguese or other languages is a plus. #00319346
