ÁREA/DEPARTAMENTO Queres contribuir para a estratégia de fidelização do maior grupo hoteleiro em Portugal? A área de CRM & Fidelização do Pestana Hotel Group é a porta de entrada para uma carreira dinâmica e desafiante no mundo da hotelaria. Junta-te à nossa equipa de CRM & Loyalty e deixa a tua marca na jornada do cliente. AS TUAS PRINCIPAIS TAREFAS: Analisar a qualidade dos dados dos clientes, identificando inconsistências, duplicações e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de captura e gestão. Apoiar no enriquecimento da base de dados, contribuindo para a identificação de fontes relevantes e necessidades de integração para melhorar o conhecimento sobre os clientes. Desenvolver análises de segmentação e microsegmentação, com base em comportamento, valor e preferências, para suportar campanhas mais eficazes e personalizadas. Criar dashboards e relatórios analíticos, traduzindo dados em insights acionáveis que suportem decisões estratégicas e operacionais da área. Colaborar com equipas de negócio e técnicas, apoiando na identificação de requisitos de dados e contribuindo para a implementação de soluções que suportem os objetivos de CRM & Loyalty. QUEM PROCURAMOS? Mestrado em Gestão e administração ou similares; Forte interesse por dados, tecnologia e sistemas; Pensamento analítico e atenção ao detalhe; Curiosidade intelectual e orientação para resultados Capacidade de organização; Comunicação eficaz; Confortável com tarefas que exijam proatividade e autonomia; Gosto pelo trabalho colaborativo; Fluência em inglês; Familiaridade com Excel e Powerpoint.
