With 300+ employees from 23 countries, we foster an inclusive culture built on our values: Ingenious, Collaborative, Driven, Principled.??️What’s the role about?We are seeking a Senior Tax Specialist that will report directly to the Senior Tax Manager. The Tax Specialist is responsible for preparing tax returns and workpapers, organizing tax payments and tax accounts reconciliations, providing support to the business and responses to Tax Authorities queries, tax audits, internal requests and supporting projects.?? What will you be doing?Collection, preparation and analysis of financial data, legal documents and other relevant info required for local tax filings/tax audits and any other statutory requirementsPreparing Indirect tax returns (VAT, EC Sales lists, Intrastat, end to end processProvide/prepare documents supporting the transactional data audit support and responses as requiredAdvise on ERP system updates according to the strategies and policies in place, as well as in line with indirect tax changes globallyAssist with all tax operational matters and identify any compliance issues. Escalating matters to the Senior Tax Manager for advice and resolutionProvide indirect tax and systems trainings to other internal stakeholdersProvide audit support and responses as requiredPrepare tax reconciliations, including monthly/quarterly balance sheet reconciliations before the return is filedWhat are we looking for?4+ years of experience working in Tax, ideally working with Indirect TaxesKnowledge of ERP systems, processes and workflow technology - confident to pick up new tools quicklyEnglish - level B2+??
