Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Portuguese Customer Support Representative to join our support team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our Portuguese-speaking customers through various communication channels, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of inquiries, issues, and requests. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in Portuguese and English. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools. Handle product/service questions, order inquiries, returns, billing, and technical issues. Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and patience. Document customer interactions and maintain records in the support system (CRM). Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments when necessary. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer support best practices. Requirements: Fluency in Portuguese EU native and strong B2 in English. Proven customer support experience or experience in a client-facing role. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
