David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German speaking Customer Service Representative for their office in Porto. Position: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Porto, Portugal Employment type: Full-time (Permanent)Remuneration: Base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Process customer orders and inquiries via email accurately and within agreed timelines.Generate invoices and credit notes in compliance with internal policies.Apply customer payments daily and ensure accurate cash allocation.Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue invoices.Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex disputes when required.Support reconciliations, month-end and quarter-end closing, and audit activities.Maintain and update customer master data in the ERP system. REQUIREMENTS:Native/fluent in German both verbal and written (C2 level).
