Linde Global ServicesCustomer Service Representative Front Office - Spanish Speaker (m/f/d)Porto, Portugal | req26699 What you will enjoy doing You will provide assistance via phone/mail/email from existing and new/potential customers by solving customer simple queries that impact the performance of the businessEnsuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained is part of your jobEnsure the maintenance of Master Data Management - covering Customer Master Data, Contract Management and Pricing Master In addition, you will manage channel requests to the appropriate person responsible for complex requests / responsible area (sales, credit to cash, delivery, etc.)What makes you great You have minimum secondary school (High School)You speak spanish as a native language, English is a plusSAP/ERP basic knowledge is needed to fullfil this roleYou have previous experience in customer service (Front Office/ Order Entry /Back Office) - preferredFurther you are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers on a daily basis (handling requests, complaints etc) Why you will love working with usAt Linde we identify ourselves with our products – either working for the technical or medical gases business.
