About the Role We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative fluent in German to join our Lisbon-based support team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat. Your role will be central to resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that every interaction reflects high standards of service and professionalism. What Youll Do Provide responsive, high-quality support to customers by phone, email and live chat across a range of service and product queries. Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and supportive tone. Document customer interactions, feedback and solutions accurately in internal systems. Collaborate with other teams to address complex cases and escalate when appropriate. Share insights from customer interactions to help improve processes, products and service delivery. What You Bring Native or fluent German (spoken and written) with strong English skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a calm, solution-oriented approach. Empathy, patience, and a commitment to delivering a great customer experience. Confidence using CRM or support tools; willingness to learn new systems. Prior customer support or service experience is a plus, but we also welcome candidates with a strong eagerness to learn.
