German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor German Market (On-Site)

Introduction

We are seeking a fluent German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a dedicated on-site support team serving German-speaking clients. If you have strong German language skills, a customer-first mindset and enjoy bringing quality service to the table, this role is an excellent opportunity for you.

What the job is about

In this position you will:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails and chats from German-speaking customers regarding service, product or account issues.
  • Resolve issues related to orders, billing, product usage or general inquiries; escalate when needed.
  • Log all customer interactions accurately, document case outcomes and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Work closely with operational teams (sales, technical support, logistics) to provide seamless service.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience through clear communication, empathy and effective problem solving.

Requirements

Were looking for someone who:

  • Is fluent in German (C1+) and has strong English for internal communication.
  • Has experience in customer service, call-centre or support roles previous experience is a plus, but not always required.
  • Has excellent communication skills, can empathise with customers and remains calm under pressure.
  • Is comfortable using computers, CRM or support-case systems and handling multiple tasks.
  • Can work on-site, be part of a team and adhere to shift requirements if applicable.
