Grow- is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Portuguese-speaking Sales Retention Agent for their Limassol office.

Position: Sales Retention Agent

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + commissions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Promote the company's products and services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Convert high quality leads into long-lasting customers
  • Increase chances of future sales
  • Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
  • Keep up to date with the financial markets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in Portuguese, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Previous experience in same / similar role in Forex & CFD Industry is esential
  • Computer savviness
  • Ability to work with deadlines & targets
  • Management and mathematics skills
  • Great objection-handling skills
  • Availability to start/join with the short notice.
