Customer Support Specialist – Irish Market (Lisbon)
We are recruiting Customer Support Specialists to provide support to customers in the Irish market, within an international and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for customers via chat, phone, and email;
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and independently;
- Manage complex cases, including investigations and disputes;
- Support fraud detection and prevention processes;
- Identify and assist customers in vulnerable situations;
- Share knowledge and support new team members during onboarding;
- Adapt to different tasks according to business needs.
Profile:
- English level C1/C2 (mandatory);
- Minimum of 12 months' experience in customer service or in banking, finance, or insurance;
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and customer focus;
- Ability to make decisions and manage complex situations autonomously;
- Adaptable and motivated for fast-paced environments;
- Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems.
