Customer Support Specialist – Irish Market (Lisbon)

We are recruiting Customer Support Specialists to provide support to customers in the Irish market, within an international and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for customers via chat, phone, and email;
  • Handle customer inquiries efficiently and independently;
  • Manage complex cases, including investigations and disputes;
  • Support fraud detection and prevention processes;
  • Identify and assist customers in vulnerable situations;
  • Share knowledge and support new team members during onboarding;
  • Adapt to different tasks according to business needs.

Profile:

  • English level C1/C2 (mandatory);
  • Minimum of 12 months' experience in customer service or in banking, finance, or insurance;
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and customer focus;
  • Ability to make decisions and manage complex situations autonomously;
  • Adaptable and motivated for fast-paced environments;
  • Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems.
