Role Overview
We are looking for a
German-speaking Customer Support Specialist
to join an international customer service team supporting end-users of a leading telecommunications service provider.
In this role, you will assist customers across multiple channels, providing guidance on subscriptions, billing inquiries, and basic technical troubleshooting while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer interactions via phone and/or digital channels
- Answer questions related to subscriptions, billing, and service usage
- Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting
- Offer clear, accurate, and customer-focused solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction on every interaction
- Follow internal procedures and quality guidelines
Candidate Profile
- Native or near-native German (C2 level required)
- No previous customer support experience required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and on-site
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Between €900 - €1100 gross /month (paid over 14 salaries)
- Performance Bonus: Between 100€ - 150€ per 12 months
- Meal Allowance: €7,63 per working day
- Health Insurance: Since day 1 (but need to pay a monthly amount) It's free after 6 months of contract.
