Your Mission

Inspire, align, and engage. You will be responsible for designing communication strategies that bring people closer to the culture, values, and vision of the organization, strengthening engagement throughout the employee journey.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop integrated communication and change management strategies for transformation and engagement projects.
  • Create impactful and creative campaigns that promote culture, leadership, and active participation.
  • Produce inspiring content using storytelling to mobilize and engage employees.
  • Manage communication plans with a focus on clarity, effectiveness, and audience adaptation.
  • Measure the impact of initiatives and propose improvements based on data and feedback.
  • Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and consistency.

Your Profile

  • University degree in Communication, Marketing, Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in communication, project management, or related areas, preferably in multinational environments.
  • Proven experience in implementing strategic projects focused on communication and change management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Creative mindset, results-oriented, and strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Skilled in using data to evaluate impact and continuously improve strategies.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
