Location: Lisbon (Anjos or Alcântara offices TBC)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM 6 PM

The Role:
As a Legal Online Operation Analyst in the Legal Operations project, youll play a key role in reviewing and processing incoming legal requests related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud, and falsification. You will ensure that all requests are handled according to policies and guidelines, while meeting agreed turnaround times and quality standards.

Full-time contract with a 1-month training period and a 1-year fixed-term contract with 30 days of probation
Annual Salary: Based on the BPS Salary Guide
Language Premium Bonus (based on language proficiency)
Meal Allowance: 7.63 per working day (net amount)
Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of the yearly gross base salary

Relocation Support (for candidates moving from outside Continental Portugal):
- Bureaucratic support to obtain NIF and NISS

What You`ll Bring:
- No previous experience is required this is an excellent opportunity for fresh talent
- A good understanding of KPIs and performance metrics
- Preferably 0 to 12 months of experience in administrative tasks or roles that require extensive reading
- A background in law or the travel industry is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a passion for learning
What You`ll Do:
- Review and process incoming legal requests in areas such as privacy claims, defamation, fraud, and falsification
- Stay updated with the client's policies and guidelines to ensure compliance
- Meet turnaround times and quality standards set by the project
- Work in a back-office role that emphasizes accuracy and efficiency
