A Wyser, empresa do GI Group Holding, é um player global de Recrutamento e Seleção para funções de Gestão & Liderança.

O nosso cliente é uma Sociedade Gestora de Fundos de Investimento e pretende contratar um Distribution International Lead para liderar a estratégia comercial internacional dos fundos elegíveis para Golden Visa.

Principais responsabilidades:

Definir e implementar a estratégia de distribuição internacional para fundos Golden Visa e outros fundos;

Mapear e priorizar mercados‑alvo (EUA, LATAM, MENA, Ásia) e canais (agentes de imigração, wealth managers, private banks, family offices, advogados/fiscalistas, plataformas);

Planear e gerir a presença em eventos, conferências e roadshows (seleção, patrocínios/stands, materiais e coordenação de equipas);

Negociar e gerir acordos com agentes e parceiros (distribuidores, introducers, migration‑by‑investment firms), alinhando objetivos comerciais e compliance;

Garantir conformidade de marketing e pre‑marketing com AIFMD/MiFID II e regras locais de distribuição;

Trabalhar transversalmente com gestão de fundos, jurídico/compliance, marketing e operações para consistência de mensagem e agilidade de resposta;

Estruturar o funil comercial (leads → reuniões → propostas → subscrições), assegurar registo em CRM, previsão de AUM e reporting à gestão de topo;

Recolher feedback de mercado e traduzir em inputs para produto e estratégia.

Requisitos:

5 a 7 anos de experiência em funções comerciais (asset management, private banking, distribuição de fundos ou soluções de investimento para HNWI) sendo valorizada exposição a alternativos (PE/VC, imobiliário, crédito);

Experiência comprovada em distribuição internacional de fundos/produtos regulados, incluindo negociação de acordos e gestão de parceiros institucionais;

Conhecimento sólido do enquadramento dos fundos elegíveis para Golden Visa em Portugal (montantes, maturidades, condições de investimento, iliquidez, supervisão CMVM, restrições de resgate);

Domínio prático de AIFMD (incl. 2.0) e interação com MiFID II nos canais de distribuição;

Fluência em inglês (oral e escrito) sendo valorizados idiomas adicionais (espanhol, francês, árabe, mandarim, entre outros);

Elevada capacidade de relacionamento, influência e negociação em contextos internacionais e multiculturais:

Perfil hands‑on, orientado a resultados, com gestão estruturada de funis complexos e ciclos de decisão longos;

Elevado sentido ético e responsabilidade, com transparência na apresentação de riscos e características dos fundos ligados a residência por investimento;

Disponibilidade para viajar.
