Stellenbeschreibung- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson und verantwortlich für die Akquise neuer B2B-Kunden im KMU- und größeren Mittelstand-Segment für den deutschen Markt. Dein Ziel ist es, Entscheidungsträger und C-Level-Executives anzusprechen und Meetings (persönlich, per Video-Call oder Telefon) für das Vertriebsteam zu vereinbaren
- Dafür qualifizierst du potenzielle Kunden vor der Terminvereinbarung, entwickelst die Akquisestrategie und nimmst proaktiv Kontakt auf
- Zudem hältst du Informationen in den relevanten Tools, insbesondere Salesforce, stets aktuell und erstattest regelmäßig Bericht an deinen Vorgesetzten

QualifikationenDu hast:
- Bevorzugt erste erfolgreiche Erfahrungen in der telefonischen Akquise (Outbound-Anrufe) im B2B-Bereich
- Eine starke Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb
- Hervorragende Kenntnisse in Deutsch, sowie Englisch
- Kenntnisse in Salesforce (sind ein Plus)
Du bist:
- Ein guter Zuhörer, dynamisch und begeisterungsfähig
- Erfahren in Akquise, Entwicklung und Verhandlungen
- Stark in der Beziehungspflege, mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sicherem Auftreten am Telefon
