Pink Elephant is a venture builder and investment company developing an ecosystem of progressive mental health solutions. Our portfolio combines media, diagnostics, e-commerce, telemedicine, and technology to make evidence-based therapies and holistic practices more accessible. Through our media platform States of Mind, we create high-quality content, diagnostic tools, and a curated provider marketplace, helping people navigate options from psychotherapy and ketamine therapy to wellness supplements and mindfulness practices. We focus on Europe and other advanced markets, preparing infrastructure for the coming wave of psychedelic and mental health innovation.

Our mission is to destigmatize and expand access to progressive mental health solutions — ranging from advanced therapies to holistic practices — supporting both individuals with clinical conditions such as depression, anxiety, or PTSD, and those seeking to strengthen their overall mental well-being. We combine scientific rigor and evidence-based standards with clear, accessible communication to make these tools understandable and usable for everyone.

The Role: Lead development of Mental-Health Copilot, a mobile app that optimizes daily routines, supplement protocols, exercises, and behavioral changes based on wearable data analysis. Build a consumer product that improves mental wellness through personalized recommendations.

Responsibilities: What You Will Drive

  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmap
  • Lead MVP development, validation cycles, and go-to-market execution
  • Build and test hypotheses on user engagement, retention, and protocol adherence
  • Design user journeys that drive daily usage and behavior change
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and marketing teams
  • Integrate wearable data (sleep, activity, HRV) into a recommendation engine for routines, supplements, exercises, and behavioral interventions
  • Ensure compliance with health data regulations and privacy standards
  • Define and track key metrics (DAU/MAU, retention, protocol adherence, outcomes)
  • Manage product backlog and prioritize features

Experience: What You Bring

  • 5+ years in product management (consumer apps, wellness, or HealthTech)
  • Understanding of mobile UX and engagement mechanics
  • Experience with wearable data ecosystems (Apple Health, Google Fit, Oura, Whoop)
  • Ability to translate data insights into product improvements
  • Track record of building and scaling consumer mobile products
  • Experience in cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of behavioral design and habit formation
  • Communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with health and wellness apps or digital therapeutics
  • Background in data-driven personalization or recommendation systems
  • Familiarity with the supplement industry and wellness protocols
  • Understanding of mental health and wellness practices
  • Experience with A/B testing and growth experimentation
  • Knowledge of iOS and Android platform capabilities
