Our mission is to destigmatize and expand access to progressive mental health solutions — ranging from advanced therapies to holistic practices — supporting both individuals with clinical conditions such as depression, anxiety, or PTSD, and those seeking to strengthen their overall mental well-being. We combine scientific rigor and evidence-based standards with clear, accessible communication to make these tools understandable and usable for everyone.

The Role: Lead development of a B2B2C platform combining medical triage and telemedicine. Balance patient-facing experiences (engagement and conversion), clinic tools (provider workflows), and back-office operations (clinical safety and efficiency). Build intake journeys for screening, symptom assessment, and risk evaluation for progressive mental health treatments, including ketamine therapy, psychedelic-assisted therapy, and medical cannabis.

Responsibilities: What You Will Drive

  • Define and execute product strategy balancing B2C, B2B, and back-office operations
  • Lead MVP development, validation cycles, and go-to-market execution
  • Design patient-facing experiences that drive engagement and optimise conversion
  • Build triage workflows that assess eligibility, screen contraindications, and create intake journeys
  • Create clinic dashboards and tools for provider efficiency, scheduling, and patient management
  • Develop back-office workflows for prescription management, pharmacy integration, and admin processes
  • Build and test hypotheses on patient conversion, clinic adoption, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, clinical advisors, and sales teams
  • Ensure compliance with telemedicine regulations, HIPAA, and privacy standards
  • Define metrics for patient funnel, conversion rates, clinic satisfaction, and back-office efficiency
  • Manage product backlog and prioritise features

Experience: What You Bring Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in product management (B2B2C platforms, HealthTech, or telemedicine)
  • Understanding of UX design, conversion optimisation, and user journey mapping
  • Experience building and scaling B2B2C platforms with multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of clinical workflows, patient intake, provider needs, and back-office operations
  • Ability to balance patient experience, clinical safety, and operational efficiency
  • Track record of launching healthcare products with strong UX
  • Experience in cross-functional teams (design, marketing, clinical, commercial)
  • Understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, telemedicine regulations) Communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with telemedicine, patient triage, or digital health B2B2C products
  • Background in conversion optimisation, A/B testing, and user journey analytics
  • Experience with consumer-facing healthcare products
  • Background in healthcare regulatory environments (HIPAA, FDA, DEA)
  • Familiarity with EHR systems, clinical decision support, and interoperability standards
  • Understanding of progressive mental health treatments and contraindications
  • Experience with multi-tenant B2B architecture and patient routing logic
  • Knowledge of prescription management, pharmacy workflows, and controlled substance regulations
  • Prior work in provider-patient marketplaces or intake/screening platforms
  • Understanding of risk assessment and patient safety protocols
  • Experience optimizing conversion funnels in regulated industries
