A Função
Sales Development Representative (SDR)

O SDR faz parte da equipa de vendas de Serviço e Peças, da Divisão de Compressores, da Atlas Copco Portugal, cuja equipa é constituída por Vendedores Internos e Externos, e com a missão de ajudar todos os clientes em Portugal a otimizar os seus sistemas de ar comprimido e gases, implementando os nossos equipamentos e soluções de serviço através dos canais mais eficientes.

Principais Actividades

  • Avaliar o potencial de cada segmento de mercado e de cada cliente;
  • Primeiro ponto de contacto de novos clientes do Serviço e Peças (Prospecção);
  • Identificar as necessidades dos clientes e promover as nossas soluções de Serviço e Peças;
  • Gerar e Qualificar Leads de vendas convertendo estas em Oportunidades para as diferentes equipas de vendas;
  • Manter o CRM ("Cloud for Customer") actualizado.

  • Comunicação persuasiva por telefone ou videochamada (visitas virtuais);
  • Atitude proactiva;
  • Trabalho em equipa;
  • Fluência em Português (obrigatório) e Inglês (preferencial).
