IT Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated person to join our Human Resources team as a Talent Acquisition Manager. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about finding and attracting the best talent to contribute to our company's growth. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, collaborating with various teams to identify and attract the best candidates.

YOUR MISSIONS:

  • Use sourcing methods such as social media and networking to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Help manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact with the candidate through to onboarding.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills and suitability.
  • Collaborate with managers to understand specific job requirements and refine shortlists.
  • Creating and publishing job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews.
  • Keeping up-to-date records of candidates in the system.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least two year's experience in recruiting IT professionals.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to different priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Hybrid regime in the
    Porto or Lisbon office.
