In your role as a TA partner you will:

  • Partner with Hiring teams to ensure that the best talent is hired
  • Take care of the end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Identify relevant sourcing channels, mainly for CX roles
  • Contribute to building and strengthening our employer brand
  • Manage recruitment needs within firm deadlines
  • Develop relations with stakeholders

You will be great for this role if you:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years recruitment experience
  • Can write and speak Spanish at a native level, plus English too
  • Are proactive and can manage a fast-paced environment
  • Are a team player with strong communication skills
  • Work in an organised way and take ownership of your tasks
  • Love working with people and talking to candidates
  • Previous experience from a BPO environment would be a benefit
