Estamos à procura de umExperience Team Leader (M/F/D) que garanta um serviço de excelência aos visitantes dos nossos Museus/Experiências.
Principais responsabilidades:
- Apoiar o Experience Manager na gestão diária da experiência/loja, incluindo abertura/fecho, reposição e apresentação de produtos;
- Apoiar na gestão de stocks e realização de inventários;
- Apoiar a gestão da equipa da experiência/loja;
- Colaborar na integração e acompanhamento da performance da equipa;
- Assegurar uma experiência de excelência ao cliente, apoiando na resolução de reclamações e garantindo o cumprimento dos padrões de atendimento;
- Substituir o Experience Manager na sua ausência, garantindo a continuidade da operação.
Requisitos:
- Experiência mínima de 2 anos em funções similares;
- Experiência prévia em gestão de equipas em contexto de loja ou retalho;
- Forte perfil comercial e conhecimento de indicadores do negócio;
- Forte orientação para o cliente e experiência na resolução de reclamações;
- Domínio da língua inglesa;
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horários rotativos, incluindo fins de semana e feriados.
