WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

  • 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
  • Knowledge of integration protocols (REST, SOAP) and data exchange formats (JSON, XML).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices and platform architecture.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Developer or Implementation Specialist certifications preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?

  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations based on business requirements.
  • Customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, etc.) using scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
  • Implement and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Perform platform upgrades, patching, and ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow configurations and performance.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
